I grew up in Wyoming, and did my undergrad at the University of Wyoming in dietetics. I got my doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of New Mexico and graduated in 2016. My first job after PT school was in Billings at an outpatient orthopedic clinic. It was here I was able to begin my continuing education in dry needling and pelvic floor PT. I would spend every day off going to the mountains to run, hike or ski. In 2018 I branched out for about a year and did traveling PT before moving back to Montana to live in Red Lodge and work in outpatient PT at the hospital for four years. After the birth of my first baby, we moved to San Francisco for two years where I was able to specialize in pelvic floor PT and work as a professor at UCSF. With the birth of my second baby, we were ready to come home to Red Lodge and let our boys enjoy the outdoor, feral childhood I also grew up with.
Working as an out of network provider I am able to give my patients more direct care without worrying about insurance coverage or lack thereof. I am here to provide PT services to the community, knowing firsthand how expensive healthcare can be even with good insurance. I want my services to be accessible to everyone, so if you have any questions, please reach out. I am here to pelvic floor physical therapy especially because Red Lodge doesn’t have other options in town! I continue my orthopedic specialist certification and am eager to help you back to enjoying out beautiful area.
